Shake it Like a [fake] Polaroid Picture

Feeling a little bored today, so I downloaded ShakeItPhoto, an iPhone app that processes your images to look like Polaroids. Pretty cool. So I dug though my Iphone’s camera roll looking for old photos of Suki and converted them to [fake] prints:

    But I bet you love her more now:))

    I installed a lot of photo app in my iPhone, and enjoyed them a lot, but soon got tired of them and I only use Hipstamatic and a few other apps these days. Haha, I get bored so easily;D
    Now I’m crazy about my revived LC-A (I have no idea how it recovered!) but your pics with the X100 are nice and lovely! I love all the pics in the entries below:)

  10. Thanks for the comments everyone! Many of these shots were taken with the iPhone camera, and some with other cameras as well, all processed by the Shake It app. =)

  33. Adorable! I love Shiba Inu’s; for whatever reason they’re one of two small dog breeds I can stand. I also find them freakishly adorable. I think it’s the pointy ears. I definitely have a weakness for the pointy ears.

  35. Ok, I’m fighting the urge to stay calm, but failing miserably – This dog is one of the CUTEST THINGS I have ever seen!!!!!!!! And the photo app is amazing, the pics look great 🙂

  44. We’ve done such fakes in Photoshop for clients who ordered custom-designed greeting cards and they look cool when printed, but I don’t see why there should be a mobile phone app for it.

  49. As someone who also owns a shiba named Suki, all I have to say is that these are amazing. Well deserving of its place on the wordpress homepage.

    Oh, and the Polaroid effect is pretty sweet too.

  51. Awww, he is just so cute and fluffy! I love the Polaroid effect too, that is so neat. Wish I could try it out myself too, but I don’t have a smartphone phone and don’t know how to use apps at all.

  54. What a beautiful dog! Great pics. Have you tried the Retrocam app? I’m a little obsessed with it, so much so that most of my photos look like they were taken in the 70s

  62. What a cutie your little Shiba is! I couldn’t help but notice it on WP’s Freshly Pressed. I’m a huge fan of Japanese breeds and I’ve got Suki’s larger cousins: An Akita and the more rare Shikoku. People always ask if the Shikoku is a very tall Shiba mixed with coyote or red wolf.

    Give Suki lots of hugs. Dogs are always worth spoiling.

  65. Just working on my first wordpress site, when low and behold there is Suki on the Features SItes. I have a mixed pup, who is likely a Shiba Inu in a Norwegian Elkhound coat. She is a beauty and she gets to come to work with me everyday. When searching Shiba’s on the internet, I often run into Suki images! She is a beauty, thanks for sharing!

  140. Congrats on being freshly pressed! Suki is absolutely adorable and I bet gets lots of hugs every day! We’re dog lovers too and have an Akita/German Shepard mix pup named Nikita. We adopted her from the APL last September and she turns 1 next week! It is so great on how they become such a huge part of the family. Woof!
